    Hoyer had to know this was his last opportunity as a starter. So what happens? He throws a pick on his very first play from scrimmage and his fragile confidence was completely shot.

    I don't care if he's a better QB in camp or how skilled he is. He doesn't have the mental makeup to be a starter in the NFL.
