McGrady is going to need to radically readjust his expectations if he wants to continue to play basketball in this league. He could, perhaps, find a role somewhere as a scorer/sparkplug off the bench (20ish mpg), but he's going to have to swallow his pride and realize that's all he has left at this point.

and that was the best for him, look at him the way he is playing right now, he is playing 20-30 minutes and can produce bcuz the guy is hurt, the Rockets said it best the guy is not ready yet, he'll probably need at least another year to even play 20-30 minutes.

 

Cant believe you all expect a player recovering from micro fracture in like 30 games back to be playing very good basketball, it took amare like a year, thats how long it will take. God knows wher he will end up, but we shud judge on next year, with a full off season training on that knee, look for him to be a quality ball player once again
