I've been looking for this video for years now. The first time I saw the vid it was taken down soon after it was posted and I hadn't seen it since. I'm going to download it before it goes down again.

During a timeout in a 1995 NBA game between the Rockets and Portland Trail Blazers in Portland, Maxwell rushed up a dozen rows into the stands and pummeled Steve George, a Portland fan.

Maxwell would later allege that George heckled him over his wife's recent miscarriage.

Really?

George ended up with a broken jaw, and Maxwell was ejected, suspended for 10 games and fined $20,000 by the NBA

 

The production on that YouTube video.... i'm sure there's some subliminal message in there. I'm going to have nightmares or that floating clip art basketball.

 

That was just a terrible move by Max and it all went downhill from there. That heckling about his wife and kid was bs probably, the guy was just talking about his game and how he sucked.

We've heard Kenny say he was so different off the court than on the court and Hakeem talked about his acting tough as well. Still, the part on the bench where he tells his teammate to shut the f up and not let somebody calm you down is just stupid..also the laugh when he gets escorted is just sad..

Why you wanna watch this is beyond me, this was all on Max. Even if the guy talks about your wife, you handle it differently. Have you seen what they did to Derek Fisher and his daughter's situation in Utah? There's probably a lot of seriously bad things fans say, so you've got to keep your composure.
