Just answering the question.

 

Behad--it's been 38 days for me. I don't plan to give up drinking completely. I really enjoy it, and I don't feel I have any problems with it; other than the fact that I eat poorly when I've been drinking.

For me, it's a carrot. I told myself that I won't drink again until I'm under 200 pounds. I've lost close to 25, and I've got a little over 50 to go.

I've been doing the diet part correct; I'm just having trouble getting into the exercise swing of things.
