Some of you might remember my "end of the rope" thread a while back, and there were some good suggestions there that I'm just now acting on. One of which is seeing a chiropractor (Dr. Werner) and the other is going to be to re-introduce myself to yoga again. I used to go to Timberline Fitness for yoga about a year ago, then my instructor I really liked left for Austin and I haven't been back since. Anyone have some recommendations? I'm in the Jersey Village area, but it's not a requirement that the yoga place be around the NW side of town. (Just as long as it's not all the way in like... Sugar Land, Clear Lake, Pasadena...lol)
