Agreed, I think Yi might wind up in Golden State... No way will Yi be happy about landing in Milwaukee, no matter what Alice Cooper has to say about it's Native American history... I just don't see the Bucks keeping Yi especially when they could get a LOT for Yi on the Trade market!!
Damn, GS already have a deal in place to get Yi at #8 but the Bucks picked Yi. WTH! Yi needs to give Bucks a Steve Francis and find his way to GS.
Too tempting to take pass on Bucks plan to pair Yi, Bogut By CHARLES F. GARDNER cgardner@journalsentinel.com Posted: June 28, 2007 Just hope Bucks really let the kid play and our National Team eventually benefits from it.
Well hope the GM of Milwaukee Bucks, Larry Harris, son of Del Harris will be like father like son, and be bold to start Yi Jianlian just like his father did for the Chinese national team in the 2004 Olympics by promoting Yi Jianlian from nowhere to the national team......
Let's hope Yi is good enough to start for them. Larry Krystkowiak is the head coach and should be open to the idea since the pressure of winning every game in Milwaukee doesn't seem to be all that high. Plus, Bogut and Villanueva just aren't that good and I don't think either guy will get much better than they are now.
Said it before and will say it again: Yi cost himself a lot of money by waiting a year. PS - it's not like there's no chinese people in Milwaukee. There's chinese people everywhere.
the bucks gota be the most r****ded team tonight, they drafted a guy without seeing him personally working out, christ what a bunch a idiots. other the other hand, isaiah thomas pulled a brilliant move, unexpected eh?
2007 NBA draft Oden-west Durant-west Horford-east (Atlanta is a bad fit for him) Conley-west Green-west Yi-(east, wont play for bucks) Brewer-west Wright-west Noah- (the best east pick, see pic) Hawes-west Acie law-east Thad Young-east J.Wright-west Thorton-west Grade: west vs. east= 95:5.
