Yao moves in second

    A note from the Sac game was Yao got his 759th block. That moves him ahead of Moses Malone for second place in team history. Hakeem has the record with close to 3,800.

    I saw that in ESPN notes at the end of the game story and just started laughing. Really is amazing how good Hakeem was at everything. Only guy in history to lead his team in career blocks, points, rebounds, and assists.

    He need to play until 70 years old to catch Hakeem record. :D

    Nice, but man that's a lot of blocks for him to catch up too...At this pace, he'd have to play close to another 20 years... :eek:

    20 years is not enough. Blocking shots are not a linear functions i.e. you can block the same amount of shots every year. As Yao aged, his shot blocking
    goes down, 70 years old would be just about it ;)
