what's this deep bench you're talking about? with yao out itll likely be chuck hayes starting at center, leaving a bench of landry, head, and bobby jackson. no true big and deke is probably going to see very little burn. the only good thing about this is gerald green might start getting minutes.

If we can win without Yao, making out to the 2nd round, you just have to make a decision on Yao this summer.

There is NO JUSTICE in this world.

The Evil Empire and that son of the devil Kobe got Gasol and they are tearing it up.

And us Good Guys get THIS when we just got ready to kill all the baddies in the world?

    **** happens.

Its a shame that this injury will signal the return of the dumbass threads to trade yao or Tmac, tank the season and calling the team soft....

    Yao's surgery history:

    June, 05
LEFT ANKLE surgery to remove the bone-spurs.
    December, 05
RIGHT BIG TOE surgery. Missed 21 games.
    April, 06
LEFT FOOT surgery. Out of season.
    December, 06
BROKE LEFT FOOT in a collision with Tim Thomas. Missed 32 games.

I know nothing about medicine and surgery, but the team doctor ignored Yao's pain is just fxcking unacceptable.

Move Scola to C and start Landry at PF. I think we'll be forced to push the ball more and run more of Adelman's offense. I think BJ will get more minutes since he knows how run the offense...and hopefully that will rub off on other players when they see how it's supposed to be run.

That's it. I'm taking the next three days off and going on a massive four days drinking binge that will end up with me as an amorphous puddle of goo on the floor.

Les needs to hire special body guards to protect Rick Adelman from PRC secret agents and angry Rox fans for ruining their championship dreams (and Yao's career) by overplaying Yao this year.

    :(
