I LOVE to watch movies, but that doesn't mean I will remember EVERY little detail about a movie, especially if the movie wasn't all that great.

The Godfather, Scarface, Pulp Fiction, etc. and other famous movies, I can remember it, but He got game...not exactly a GOAT movie in my opinion.

I'm not insulting ppl who watch movies...I'm just insulting you for thinking I can remember EVERY DETAIL OF MY LIFE or MOVIE I WATCH.

But you knew didn't even know who the main character was or anything about the movie!

you DIDN'T watch it cause you didn't know squat about the movie.

I flipped channels yesterday, does that mean I saw 100 movies that night?

Okay, I get it, I didn't watch the entire movie...BIG WHOOP, saved an hour of my life.

I know his dad was in prison, and he was trying to choose between colleges and that his name was Jesus Shuttleworth.

I was 10, I had to flip back and forth if I wanted to watch the movie, damn man.

I should've said I watched part of the movie. You happy now? sheez.

From what I saw, the movie sucked anyways...

You are said you are insulted by making religious and sports analogies.

    THAT WHOLE MOVIE wasEXACTLY that.

You don't have to remember that Travis Best or Rick Fox was also in that movie.

    you DIDN'T see that movie.

#1 if you don't know who the main character of the movie is, then you didn't see that movie
#2 if you couldn't figure out the biblical references in that movie, you thought Jar Jar Binks was a dude in costume

Heysus = Jesus....its only a differnt language...if you translated Heysus, it would be Jesus...what don't you understand about taht??

I do remember Rick Fox being in the movie, but he was also in the whoopi goldberg movie about her coaching the knicks...didn't know if he was in both or only one of them...

but okay, I didn't see the movie...WHO CARES??? If I saw the movie today, I would probably hate it, since they are comparing him to Jesus Christ in basketball temrs...not cool with me.

    Thank you!!

it was legit topic cause people enjoyed this movie and the biblical analogies were everywhere.

-Kids were running around bowing at little "Jesus" and pretending he was really Jesus

    -the theme of temptation

    -forgiveness

    -the father, the son

    -miracles

    -black jesus (Earl Monroe)

His mom is named Mary in the movie

    ---

But don't watch it cause it OFFENDS YOU.

I don't have a problem with the things that they trying to address such as temptation, forgiveness, black Jesus etc. No problem at all with that stuff.

what I have a problem with is "the father, son and the holy game"...that is just not right to me.

But if you want, lets move this to the D & D...

I can post my quote in the D&D:

Hakeem passed him the ball like that dude gave Moses those commandments
    The sea of misery parted
and the righteous Rocket fans walked to the Summit

As his people who bought furniture from Mattress Mack and watched his wrestling at the Sam Houston Coliseum and avoided restaurants with slime in the ice machine were free.

and we can continue the discussion if you want to.

Wow! 87 people kno nothing about basketball. I like Yao but he is not even in the same zip code when comparing him to Hakeem. They both play or played center for the Rockets but the comparison ends there. Dream almost single-handedly brought 2 championships to the city of Houston by carrying the team on his back. The other is a very good player but will never be able to carry a team like Hakeem. Heck Yao cant even stay healthy!
