Am I the only one that has noticed that in the last five games Yao is averaging 18.2 FGA per game!!! Consenquently in the last five games, yao has averaged 20.2 ppg and 11rpg. This is how it should have always been. I guess the others saw how difficult it was to win with out the big man in the middle. So I'm hoping that the days where Yao gets 7 and 8 shots a game are over for good!
I wouldn't call it helping. It's more like Rockets maybe have learned something from it and make some positive change.
It will help insofar as he won't be as run-down at season's end from playing 82 games plus non-stop basketball all summer.
