If he was alive today, he'd be the biggest name in Hip Hop. The game wouldn't be what it is today if Pac was still alive. He probably would made himself a household name in Hollywood too. And instead of Obama, Pac could have been the first Black President.

I don't mean to offend anyone who's really big of Pac, I guess if you really like someone's music then they're legendary to you. Same with Biggie, my gf would be greatly offended if I diss Pac or "Big Papa" Biggie. I like some of their songs, but have my reservations whether they would still be able to keep it up had they both been alive today. However I do understand how people would think those two are deserving of their status, unlike some other really overrated dead artists like Kurt Kobain.
Damn, funny how some of ya'll forgot the late to mid 90's. Pac WAS NEVER considered the best when he was alive. NEVER. Biggie was. Pac was smart. His last record had made him a mainstream star(Me Against The World) and then he signed with the best label at the time, Death Row, who bailed him out and signed him to a 3 album deal. (AEOM counted as two.) His "All Eyez On Me" was one of the biggest pending releases when it dropped. At that time, Death Row had the game on lock along with Bad Boy...And the beef hyped it out. This is where Pac was a genius. He used that card to the fullest. Pac rode the hype train all the way to the bank, well at least Suge Knight did.
