I'm with you. @J.R. has done exactly what you're saying. It's kind of his m.o. for the last few years. I can't figure it out. I'm sure whatever the issue is, it's not all bad or anything. Maybe just his way, you know? So many on here feed the hate-mill and let it continue rather than killing the hate-mill. You being the opposite and looking for the Rockets side on issues and leaving room for lies not being true make you the great poster you are @DreamShook . All the opinions and personalities on here add up to this great site. JR is a huge part of it, even when I disagree with his view on an issue.
I think I'd love to see a [State Farm commercial] with CP, Harden, Morey, someone to play the rumor-starter and the State Farm guy: Rumor Starter to State Farm Guy: "I hear Chris is thinking about switching insurance companies." State Farm Guy [freaks out] Chris: "Dang! That's news to me." Morey(flipping burgers in the background): "That's news to me too." Harden: "Weren't you trying to add to your policy?" Chris: "Yeah, man. Who is that guy?" State Farm Guy [calms down]: "You're our guy, Chris. Always have been, always will be!" All four stare at the Rumor Starter with disdain on their faces. Something like that. (Yes State Farm you can have this idea and I won't say a thing! Just invite me to the shoot. I can be a stand-in or something low level on set)(Yes, I know state farm won't use this idea and that it's not that funny or good enough or funny at all. Get off my back, trolls!)
That's a good idea, but also a logo infringement. Surely a VG logo would work or maybe the VG Network runs his report? The rumor guy could just be a front page of a newspaper. (Either way State Farm will never make this commercial.)
Well I said after game 6 how James Harden had even pissed me off on how he plays the game. I have never been a Chris Paul fan but if I had to pick sides I would be on his side. The way James Harden plays the game we will never win a championship period.
Here is the deal CHRIS PAUL WANTS To WINS.... James Harden does NOT CARE... as long as he can party and get the MONEY...
Should have signed a shorter contract, would have been easier for both sides. He could keep his options open where to go ring-chasing and Rox could move forward. Even if he didn’t want to leave this year there is going to be frustration unless they go the Finals or win a ship. Injuries also loom large with an old team. Lots of pressure I am sure.
