Management done some stupid move just to save little money. This is after Les saying he is willing to spend money to win. What he meant was he is willing to spend money to get big name star to boost his ticket sales. He's not willing spend money on less well know player that can help him win more games.

 

Calling people mentally handicapped while saying that resorting to name-calling is the last bastion of fools.....

 

lol all you want. but livingston, currently at half of what he used to be/would've been, is still better than lin.

lin is decent. and he's just another player. nothing more than that.

 

He was signed and waived by the Wizards that same season, had a brief stint in Cleveland and averaged 8pts 3ast as a Net before signing a 3yr $16mil deal in 2014. Lets not act like hes been lighting it up, since he was waived in 2012.

 

So we supposedly have a great supporting cast for Harden yet our fans are crying over a backup PG. lol.

 

He played well enough in the preseason that I remember a group of us wanted him to stay over freaking Scott Machado.

 

Well they can't argue otherwise... It's like the whole McFail thing.... I can only assume they are mentally inferior.

 

This. Lets not bring facts into the discussion. Like 9 teams in 10-11 years? We probably would have kept if he was guaranteed but he wasn't.

GSW are a historically good organization for the past few years, are we surprised that he has blossomed on that team?

There is an irony here. Cut Lin, Linsanity happens. Bring Lin back on monster contract, have to cut Livingston. Now Livingston looking better than Lin ever did as a Rocket.

 

We make decisions to save money not on talent, this is one of my biggest beefs with our team.

Parsons is better than Ariza - but Ariza is cheaper
Livingston - cut to save money
Scola - cut to save money
Thornton - cut to save money
Lawson - cut to save money

All first round draft picks traded or flipped before we had to match their contracts in free agency - so we could avoid paying the going rate.

Le$ Alexander is cheap, and Morey's talent evaluation is suspect.
