    He got his bad rep for being Glen Taylor's yes man GM but when he was forced down to coach the players liked him and wanted him to stay on.

    At this point I think my grandma is gonna interview for the job. I think she bought peanuts at a middle school bball game once. I assume that makes her qualified according to all the criteria I've seen so far.

    So if you have do not have a interview planned for the Rockets job, it is probably safe to assume that maybe being a head coach is not the job for you.

    If he could whip the Navy into ship-shape, why not the Rockets?

    McHale actually is a pretty good coach and talent evaluator. He just wasn't a good GM and had to deal with the fact that no one wants to live in Minnesota.
