    Actually, I did see the Sportscenter news flash with the Melo story when it came out. And it said Melo preferes Knicks, Nets, or Rockets.

    It takes two to make a deal and the nuggets don't currently have a GM in place right now. When they do decide to hire a GM, he may wait til the deadline. Morey isn't going to comment on Melo either, he doesn't want to fork over another 100k to Stern.

    Denver has got to see the writing on the wall. I think all this info is leaked from the Anthony camp. At first I thought us being mentioned last week was probably a ploy from Carmelo. However, now it looks like he may just want to really be a Houston Rocket. They should trade him to us now. I think if Melo is leaking this stuff, its because he wants to be moved before the season starts.

    honestly a line up with

    YAO SCOLA MELO MARTIN BROOKS

    really have the ability to win the west and perhaps the championship...that is legit right there, and would without a doubt be the most talented houston rockets team of ALL time.

    that being said, giving up martin or brooks in this trade will hurt our chances GREATLY...however i still would not pass up on a talent like melo. i mean if it goes down, and everyone is healthy..that could be the deepest starting 5 in nba history...if we beat the lakers/heat ofcourse
