Good that Kobe and Ariza still have a close enough relationship where he can still offer him advice. I don't think there's a better player that Ariza can look to for guidance than Kobe.

Absolutely love Kobe's interest in Ariza. That just suggest Kobe must see something in him. But then again, I didn't hear Kobe fighting to keep Trevor this past summer...maybe Artest was too neccessary.

It's easy to want to hang our hat on someone and I hesitate to think Trevor can be that someone, BUT, everyday I seem to move closer to Trevor.

(god, please don't let me think he's our other-ONE)

    Nice find, btw. Thanks.

I hope Battier gives Ariza hell during scrimmages. Ariza needs all the practice he can get.

Good point. If Ariza can score on Battier in 1 on 1 situations, he can score on anyone...

    Perfect practice dummy to improve.

Hayes would be a great practice defender too, because he's good at stripping the ball. Ariza can work on his post moves too with him.

At least Kobe is somewhat returning the favor after Hakeem gave him some training.

ariza is not a go to player people i dont care how many points he scores thats just not who he is even on this team and please stop trying to post up landry thats not his strength hes not a polished post up guy just use him in pick and rolls with chase lowry or brooks

You should really consider using some punctuation.

your wrong. trevor showed potential. and if i remember right, carl landry was unstoppable in the 4th quarter when we continiously POSTED him up.. its actually a great strategy

Are you kidding me? Landry's been his most effective by a long shot when we've posted him up. His jumper's been MIA for the preseason and first two games; almost everything he's gotten has been in the post or off the offensive glass.

    Oh, and punctuation. Seriously.

i dont like how ariza thinks he can take any shot he wants. he still has to take quailty shots. all of our players are smart and don't force anything.

relax people, ariza knows his limitations. the ballhandling/playmaking remains mostly in brooks' and lowry's hands.

most of ariza's shots were within the offense. those 25 points are deceing b/c he created like 2 of those makes.

Do you even watch our games at all? If so, give some reasons to back up your opinions.

Niether player is polished, yet. Landry first step an explosiveness make him a very effective post up player IMO. Ariza needs time to adjust before we can even come to any conclusion like the one you came to.

Kobe sure is kicking himself in the rear for not demanding the Lakers resign him. Artest is already not working out for LA.
