Would you watch a serious-tone Power Rangers movie?

    With all these remakes and reboots and making movies out of any popular show of 80's and 90's, would you watch a dark, serious Power Rangers based on the original series, none of that ninja-zeo crap, the original 5. Black, Yellow, Pink, Red and Blue.

    If they do it like they did with the Batman series.. for sure I would. maybe kill off a couple of them or have a couple of them hooking up and maybe have some sex triangle.. (I've never actually watched power rangers.. my time was all about Voltron)

    No way they ever make a "Dark Knight" like serious Power Rangers movie. I agree with the guy who compared this to Transformers.

    Only if it's done like the original 128K capable PC game, and they're going off on random ass tangents from reading the Almanac.

    "Alonzo Highsmith was a number one pick? John Wayne's first name was Marion?"

    I'd watch it if they brought back the originals and made a serious movie out of it.
