he’s 1 of those stupid Harden haters...he hasn’t made a useful or non-idiotic post in God knows how long
Yeah but only one of those teams went to the conference finals with his help. Its was the team where the star player had a tendency to disappear in playoff games. Also, IIRC, Howard did very well in those playoffs.
Awesome! Sign Mr. Grown-Up to an equipment manager contract and have him hand out towels and Gatorade.
Are you serious??!! You're kidding, right? What's really astonishing is that you Harden- riders cant seem to find any fault in your dear hero.
Context. Howard was jettison from the Magic, Lakers and Rockets. On this 4th team in 5 years. As well Paul, I have no issues with him, but he is notoriously a hard ass.
People are too emotional. I gave this same speech right when we signed Austin Rivers. If he can play, he can play. For the vet minimum, there isn’t much I would completely rule out (provided they’re still a rotation worthy player). That said, there’s nothing to see here. Neither side would be interested in a reunion.
So people forgot already or don’t even know why this didn’t work when he was a younger and better player
Dwight is like the opposite of PJ Tucker, all world talent, locker room cancer. It has nothing to do with his playing ability, his attitude is the one thing that needs fixing. He wants to be Draymond but doesnt have Draymonds passing, shooting and enforcer mentality. Dwight will probably start spotting up for 3s and demanding the ball so he can make assists lol. I was a big fan for the dude for the 3 years he was a rocket but its gotten to the point his attitude outweighs his usefulness on the court.
Time of the year when Dwight sells himself as a grown-up and ready to be picked up at minimum by his sixteenth team.
It's long past that point. In his last year here, Jason Terry had to try to convince him to do things like set screens and play defense. He moped the entire season. People gave him a pass because our locker room seemed toxic and everyone blamed Harden. Then he went to Atlanta, where absolutely everyone was professional and there was no dysfunction, and did the exact same thing because they weren't featuring him enough in their offense. He was a good teammate for like a month before he got all pissy.
