Then why is he medically cleared? If you can bring him in for the minimum and get him 10-15 minutes a game, what's wrong with that?

I dont really know what's out there on his knees but doctors have cleared him enough to let him not just practice but even play in a G League game.

How about Tom Thibodeau as the worst contract? :D

He was medically cleared to start the season too? Then he got hurt again.

I still feel that Memphis is 100% the right place for me. Still, I know you guys haven’t seen me on the court in a Grizz uniform almost at all. And that sucks. This season, I’ll be back. I’m feeling healthy and strong.

Two years have gone by, and today I’m closer to being the player I was pre-injury than any time since I got to Memphis.

On the bright side, I’m feeling stronger physically and mentally than I did two years ago. So I plan to do now the same thing I planned to do two years ago … come in fresh, as the new guy. With a lot to prove.
Great, he's medically cleared now. It'll be a matter of time before he has soreness again and is shut down again.

The very last thing we need is a douchebag former starter who thinks he should still be starting despite having only played 73 games over the last 3 seasons and only averaging 7 ppg during that span. Parsons' next team will be a pitstop so he can attempt to prove he's healthy enough for another multi-year contract. Next summer, he'd be gone.

Parsons is like that old love who dumped you, then years later you see them again and they promise they've changed. Only they've aged noticeably in the interim, and not in a kind way. And they have a noticeable limp and still smell like Mark Cuban.

At least Ryan Anderson doesn't seem to be a douchelord. Pass on Parsons.

This is like asking which is worse, a bad case of the flu or full blown AIDS. You could cut Parsons' contract in half and he'd still be easily the worst contract of all time.

I'd only take Parsons back if the Grizzlies take back Knight and also throw in 2 1st rounders. Then I take those 2 1sts, add our own 2 1sts, and go big game hunting

Double-posted and then started a thread on it.

    Definitely deserves a ban.

I notice double threads are happening for a good number of folks... so that can be excused... hurting my Like to Post ratio is completely deserved. I would think that Memphis would have to throw in a lot of sweeteners to get rid of that contract...
