According to Newsweek http://www.newsweek.com/2010/08/15/interactive-infographic-of-the-worlds-best-countries.html 1. Finland 2. Switzerland 3. Sweden 4. Australia 5. Luxembourg ... 7.Canada ... 11. USA
I'll have to let my sister know. She's going to move down from #2 to #4! I have to stop her! I have to say their interactive graph if pretty danged cool.
Obviously USA is the best because it's not socialist like those other countries. The liberal media obviously hates freedom and loves fascist steal-my-rightfully-earned-money regimes.
Man, I just put 3200 miles on my bike last week and there is no way in hell can those countries compete with ours. Okay, my view above has nothing to do with the 5 categories Newsweek is talking about, but screw all that, America suits all of my clothes. Anyway, I know I can get a better education. I know with a better education comes better health care. I know with better health care comes a better quality of life. I know with a better quality of life comes opportunities to grow my business. I know with a good business, better quality of life, good health and a good education, I can become a damn good president. (not really, I was born overseas) If those other top 10 countries can offer the same oppotunities, then I'll go back to my above statement, no country can compete with our country visually. We have a VERY BEAUTIFUL country, folks. Get off your ass and see it and appreciate it. Btw, screw Newsweek and those professors. They are what you get for spitting on your country for 40 years.
Looking at my tax returns, it sure looks like we are a socialist country. Even "communist" China has lower personal income tax rates. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/36/Income_Taxes_By_Country.svg
America should get points for doing it on a larger scale with a more diverse population. Of course the small, white neighborhoods are going to have less crime, better schools, higher property values and a more cohesive and generous atmosphere.
I thought France and their 11 months of vacation a year, non-religion views and culture of love would be ahead of the US in quality of life?
