I saw this on the news and it reminded me of the woman who sue McDonald's because of the hot coffee. If this mother is worried about Happy Meal toys then I guess no Christmas for her kids then.

Worst part is, she will most likely win, just like the coffee b****. Which actually makes her a genius.

For those of you thinking she's trying to get rich, the article states that she is not seeking any financial retribution. She is suing for McDonald's to stop advertising toys with their food because kids are vulnerable and don't understand consequences.

With that being said, teach your kids to stop being brain-washed mice, and simply TEACH them that the food is unhealthy. Offer them alternative rewards for eating healthy. Give them FACTS. People in this country treat their children like they are pets who can't think or act for themselves.....and they wonder why other countries are passing them up by the hour in cognitive tests.

Her kids will be faced with many more, and far worse, temptations in life. Happy meal toys should be the least of her concerns.

What is up with California, why is that state consistently stupid? How is it even possible to time and time again be the embarrassment of the states?

Why stop at McDonalds? Why not go after retailers for packing the checkout lanes with all kinds of junk food and candy right where little hands can get it?

Or better yet....and much easier...just tell your kids no and tell 'em why. They'll get over it and may actually develop some healthy habits of their own.

You mean there is no Ron Paul video for you to post regarding this egregious intrusion by McDonald's into this woman's freedom to have a toy-free happy meal?

I'm suing ABC, CBS, FOX, UNIVISION, and TELEMUNDO for showing toy commercials for my kids. How dare they come between me and my kids?!?!?!

Not suing NBC. I watch the news after Sunday Night Football. ;)
