Unless the sex was the reason why the glass fitting fell off, I think she has a case. It would be no different than if she were just sleeping in bed and the thing fell on her face.

This sounds like an accident. If anything, she should sue the motel. I see absolutely no way her employer is at fault.

She'd have to make the case that getting analed is beyond the acceptable risks(, such as, most probably, light scratches, consumption of bodily fluids of her partner) of the job.
the company rented the room which proved to be unsafe. weather she was using the room for showering, eating, sleeping, having sex, or doing a p90x ab workout doesn't matter. she wasn't doing anything that would cause the room to fall apart. which it did. on her face. lol there's a dirty joke there somewhere.
