I've said it before........we're dealing with a GSW/SAS dynasty here, and we need to prep accordingly. The current roster WILL NOT get us over the hump, so we're better off hitting the reset button and dumping everyone older than Harden.

Keep DMo, Capela, Harden, McDaniels, Dekker, and Harrell. Trade everyone else for a star or young guys with upside.

Then, the rockets can go after Westbrook.

Durant would be perfect on rocks tho
    Howard
    Durant
    Ariza
    Harden
    Beverley
    Vs
    Adams
    Ibaka
    Durant
    Robinson
    Westbrook
    Vs
    Green
    Durant
    Iggy
    Klay
    Steph
    Vs
    Gortat
    Durant
    Otto
    Beal
    Wall
    Vs
    Porzingis
    Melo
    Durant
    Afflalo
    Conley
The knicks, rockets, warriors and thunder should be in his top clubs. If im him hed be the 3rd option in warriors. Knicks would be a future dynasty. And rockets would be immediate challenge to the warriors. Offense for days

I hope this happens. It will create the need for another super team, and with Harden already here, he might be the key to recruiting the next super team. We've been there before although they were all past their prime(Hakeem, Drexler, Barkley, and then Pippen), but i can see it happening here over anywhere other than LAL, LAC, Miami, NY, Brooklyn, Chicago..possibly Dallas.

I don't know what you do for a living, but whatever it is, do you look to make your career harder or more challenging like it appears you want the athletes to do? Have you ever willingly passed up an opportunity that was better for you for a worse one?

I doubt it. KD has a lot of pride and he was pissed about Curry's guarantee.

you comparing the job of a normal person to someone who is called a generational talent, has made hundreds of millions of dollars, is world famous and has been an mvp?
That person better damn well believe he CAN win a championship without joining his "enemies" without the easy way out in the shadow of Curry.
Otherwise why there are sports again? Stars should just play together and get their ring and alternate and there's no point in watching.

    (just kidding ya).

Durant would step into the Harrison Barnes spot, so basically he would address their biggest weakness, since Barnes is so inconsistent (and inexperienced). It would be pretty absurd to have arguably the three best pure shooters in the league on one team. But it might finally challenge their great team chemistry too -- not that Durant is a bad guy, but are the "splash brothers" going to like decreasing their shots, when they're already an amazing team?

I think it's too early to tell any ways. A lot of this stuff will depend on how teams finish the year.

I think Durant is a prideful player, I just can't see it. If he does though there will be a lot of fallout because of it.

But again, this is all assuming the Warriors just steam roll through the playoffs and if they do are they sure they want to mess with a good thing? Sometimes more stars means more ego's. It wouldn't be the first time a super lineup fell flat on its face.

If Durant wants a ring he might have to. It went from kobe->Lebron->Curry.

    Durant got passed up.

It would be insane if this happened, but I don't see Durant doing this. As many others have said, he seems very prideful, and will (almost obviously) sign a one year deal with OKC this summer to align his free agency with Westbrook and Ibaka. KD leaving OKC would not be a huge surprise, but the Warriors thankfully aren't his destination. Then again this is pure speculation lol

Would render the NBA completely and utterly pointless.
