dunno, probably need to be Asik and something else? (Dmo/Jones? draft pick?), cant see anything else matching salaries that Atlanta would like, it'd be a s&t so it's not like it would be fair value, but it'd certainly be better than nothing for them. And since ferry tried to trade him (to us no less) for Asik and Parsons, I doubt he'd ruled out s&ts

I skipped my class the day we acquired Pippen. Went straight home to watch or listen to the press conference online.

Considering the salary, one of either Asik or Lin would be the main piece. Asik is the obvious choice when we have a semi-redundant situation with Dwight, and ATL just took a PG in the draft that they have big plans for.

If we don't get Howard, the Celtics just released a promising young talent that could help us out a lot. Former #11 pick in the draft.

Says anyone who watched both scenarios play out. I can't grasp how anyone could think the media coverage around Williams was even half of what Howard got let alone equal.

Guess we'll just agree to disagree

Im thinking Asik, doesn't make sense to have the big fellow come off the bench after a successful season starting. Atl is losing J. Smith, so now they can play Horford at his natural position ( pf).
