[Woj] Morey aggressive in all deals improving team even possibly Paul

The big news here is that even Paul might be traded, let's not act like this somehow expected, i'm actually kinda shicked if the Rockets are ok in moving Paul, and i'm not saying i disagree with the idea, if the right deal is available i think it make sense to do that.

At this point i actually wonder if the relationship between him and Harden is worse than we think, and if all the potential Paul trades have been out there for a reason...

Honestly eh. As if any GM wouldn’t gauge interest in attempting to improve the roster. And the reports are trying to seem newsbreaking by including Capela and Paul’s names. Well, Duh!
Besides EG, who else can we trade other than those two. Tucker isn’t an asset that’s gonna net you an improvement; teams that are trading for him are trying to add to their roster, not use him to replace someone.
And no one else is tradable or makes any money.

 

Might be a guess, but it's still interesting that his name came out as potentially avaialble to me, i expected to read "aside for Harden and Paul", and after all the rumors which came out in the last week i'm not really sure...

 

as of now i wont be too brokenhearted to part with capela and cp3. but with GORDON i really like him. for me when healthy and he is kinda healthy last season hes borderline all star. but hes our only player with actual trade value.

 

I agree. With Tillman in the mix, it seems like Morey's hand is being forced. He's aggressive as is, but it seems even more so now.

 

dealing with morey, coming off the most disappointing playoffs to date, he'll always probe around. he always has.

 

Frustrating thing is.

1) He is not transparent.

2) He does not seem to have valid Fail Safe plans..... if dangling CP3 and possible Harden is your only plan....well.

It shows someone is lacking vision.

Exactly. The story is we are even putting our stars on the table even if it's unlikely they are traded. This is different from prior years

 

Extremely doubtful. Everyone else on the other hand better have their suitcases packed and ready.
