I'd say Morey has great selling points for future Rockets: Harden; good D at center; Chinese $$$ branding.

 

He certainly has more than he did 48hrs ago. What I like more than perhaps anything is so many players that are already good are young enough to get better. Our weakest starting position is probably the 4 at this point. And coincidentally or not the position we have the most stocked full of un-tried and un-proven but high ceiling players can play the 4. If someone among Dmo, White, Morris and Jones can make the leap, we could have a very awesome starting 5.

I like him,but he won't look that good without Durant and Westbrook/Ibaka.

That's the misconception with players who come off the bench. People assume just because he didn't start that he didn't get starter's minutes. The guy played 31 MPG. People tend to lose that fact.

 

Getting Harden would allow us to attract another Max player down the line.
