Woj: Derek Fisher and Matt Barnes got into a physical altercation

Question: If he was such a dip****, how come he got elected as NBA Player Union head?

 

It doesn't say much for the union members, does it?

 

Being a dip**** might actually be a good trait to have for that position.
That said, I don't think the players were all too happy with him, and I believe ultimately ousted him.

 

If anything, it further corroborates the fact that he's a douchebag dip****. Being a Union Head has traditionally been a position of extremely questionable ethics.

 

I would feel sorry for Matt Barnes if he weren't Matt Barnes.

I cannot confirm this, but my friend WhiteJSmoov said word around the league is that Matt had both his young boys watch as he put hands on Flopper...I mean Fisher.

Matt can fight. He may be a punk, especially during that Rafer incident in Phoenix, but he's a fighter.

Apparently, the most embarrassing part of it all was DF being whooped in front of his boys and not being strong enough to defend himself against MonsterMatt.

Gloria had to speak with child services because someone reported the beating...

Didn't know Barnes actually attacked Fisher. Kinda sad when the little ones have to see a grown man act like that. I can understand if the children is in danger but something like this. Shameful.

For Barnes she's not just another woman, she's his ex-wife and mother of his children. They were together about nine years, if I recall? That takes time to move on from, even if women are throwing themselves at you.
