Not a good fit. That said this is the best the lakers can do with what they have to work with. Low risk high reward.

 

I don’t buy all the Hate on Cousins. Dude was still good last year and it takes bigs longer to recover. He could very easily be an all-star talent next year.

 

He forgot Lakers also signed Ex Rocket Troy Daniels, could add Korver and more.

 

Rondo is a bad shooter. Prob best Pg available but lakers will need to get at least a serviceable shooter at PG. too many holes defensively and shooting wise. Lot of bad fits. Talent wise close to clippers but clippers have much better cohesion

I think he is going to surprise people next year -- he was playing through a nasty quad tear in the playoffs which made him look really slow. Full year off the Achilles injury playing in an offense he doesn't have to carry a heavy load... he could definitely surprise
