It's official. Gilbert upset the Suns by ending their 15 winning streak.

Good stuff, glad it happened, and even better it was done by an Eastern conference team. Great game to watch right after a Rockets upset against Spurs.

Was there anything better (besides 13 in 35) then seeing Arenas clear his teammates out and then hit a 3 off the backboard with the entire Suns team playing zone on him? Just freakin amazing.

That was a weird iso play. Why would you clear out all of your rebounders and then take a 3?

There has been no better back to back that I remember. Not where BOTH games were just so interesting.

Rockets killing the Spurs and then Gilbert (and crew) stopping the Suns' streak.

Gilbert is an assassin man. 54 points INCLUDING that and1 play and that cold-blooded 3!!

    Amazing games, both. :D

I hope he continues to steal Kobe's thunder. Give it to someone who deserves it for a change.

i just love it cuz arenas said he would be doing something to d'antoni and coangelo's suns because he felt he was unfairly cut from the usa team. gil has fast become my favorite non rocket player by far. the guy is just fun to watch and hard not to root for. if the nba didnt allow "king" james to take 4 steps the wizards could have been making some serious noise last year

54 points after saying he was going to go off and to stop their amazing streak. great stuff

Way to go, Gilbert. I am glad this guy is getting the respect from everyone. Arenas is gaining on me. I like his style and his care for his fans. Goodluck to him. Vote for him to be a starter. He deserves it.

If Steve Nash wins MVP again, I'm gonna go crazy. Seriously? Three straight, and put him in the company of Wilt, Russel, etc...? He's already gotten one too many, let's stop the madness here!
