That was honestly perfect. The absolute cherry on top to his nightmare of a season. He's got to be miserable there.

the reason why screw ups like D12 never reach their potential, is because there's always someone willing to ignore their past shortcomings and give them a boatload of money on potential - despite their evident flaws....

    Probably not.

Yes. He is a game changer. Him and Harden instantly makes us contenders.

He is clearly pissed that his team, the one supposed to be title contenders, is getting absolutely throttled.

Don the Red, and he will soon have the Gold.

still think you gotta take him.

i really dont know how much you can improve hands. and asik has just flat out shown that he's got two bricks for hands.

i love asik. i really do. elite rebounder, elite post defender. but the scoring is all dunks. our team would just be unbelievable with dwight, and pretty good with asik.

plus mchale working with dwight....uh yes please.

    Comments like this baffle me.

Sure Dwight is an obvious upgrade but Asik played well above expectations in his first season of regular minutes. You can win with Asik.

Hakeem doesn't try to persuade anyone to do anything.

Lets put it this way ..

if Howard acts like the way he acts in LA, then i don't want him here, he needs to get his act together and go back to being Orlando Dwight

    Harden + Dwight is contender.

Doesn't matter if Dwight is still as mature as a 18 year old.

I don't think some of you guys realize how broken Hack-A-Dwight + Harden freebies is going to be.

If he will switch to PF I would give in a try. A Howard-Parsons-Asik backcourt would be a ten foot wall around the basket. It would put fear in the hearts of those driving into the basket.

Yes, Asik did very well defensively and rebounding. He is a very valuable player in this league and under paid.. However he is a big part of our offensive short comings. He is horrible offensively, especially finishing off the roll, causing teams to collapse the lane on Harden and Lin. Long term I don't see Asik staying in Houston.
