sometimes i feel like murray be using that same crockpot technique to heat up our trade action, while we CFers would much prefer the microwave
But are we cooking the cheese on the high or low setting? And are we making queso? Why the hell else would we be melting cheese in a Crockpot. And they better not be doing that velveta/Rotel crap. Tastes awful.
Thought it was common knowledge that Kerr wanted Shaq. So something that states the opposite comes off as someone sounding confused to me.
Now you're just being silly. Crockpots are so last century. Murrhey does his trade action with 21st-Century sous vide technology: Making short ribs with mine today. 72 hours cooking time!
Posts like this from @Codman are the reason I signed up for clutchfans. Wow. Can't wait to get Melo on board and that over with. And I am actively wondering WHY the Rockets have NOT signed Melton yet. Like they did with Hartenstein. The only reason I can see, is that it allows Melton to be traded "right away" versus waiting 30 days after his signing. I don't want to trade Melton unless it is a sweetener for a star. Like I would move him in a Butler trade but not a Bazemore trade type of thing. It is tough to be patient. But hopefully the Rockets can move out Anderson/Nanu before training camp so we can go to war with a full roster right from the start of the season versus adding a piece half way through at the deadline. Just would be awkward having Anderson on this team at training camp when he damn well knows his days are numbered. He is a professional, but it is hard not to be effected by that. He is human. Be well Codman, thanks for your Ears!
P.S. LOVED @Codman's rant on Kerr. From where I sit, that is spot on. "aww shucks" Kerr gets waaaaay too much praise for not really doing a whole lot. He has great assistants, GM and players. His best quality is getting out of the way and letting others do their job. But that is not tactical.
Say no to Bazemore and Hood. Bazemore is a former Warrior. Not only that, he was a scrub on that Warrior team and we want him to start on our team?
2019-2020 is his player option year; i.e. he only has 2 years left on his deal, like RA. https://www.spotrac.com/nba/atlanta-hawks/kent-bazemore-11079/
Yes, I saw that too, just before I posted number 611. A 2 yr contract with a player option, does give the Hawks a minor edge in negotiations vs Houston regarding RA's 2 yr guaranteed contract. I'm sure they are trying to move Bazemore in order to avoid giving him 19-20 M in his last year. Therefore, they would probably ask for a player that could be a future asset ( Melton or Clark more likely in my opinion then Edwards) plus a 1st rounder, or up to 2 second rounders, in order to take RA off Houston's hands. Bazemore just doesn't fit with JH and EG. He is too short to defend SF's.
