No he didn't start anything. I agree with the above poster. Fine at most.

Freaking Mavs...I can't wait to see how they respond to the adversity that will be the Oracle Arena!

For all the talk of coming out and thrashing the Warriors, the Mavs could have very well lost this game had Baron Davis not been ejected.

    Oh well.

Warriors are straight up G's, Mavs are straight up puss-ies.

If David Stern is a man of his word, a couple of these so-called officials should be suspended under that "zero tolerance" proclamation he put out there. Throwing Davis out because he was clapping? Wow, refs, I didn't know y'all wore dresses and needed tampons every month.

Well, hopefully they'll go review his first technical, which was ridiculous. It should've been double tech on Diop and Barnes. So considering that, he shouldn't have been tossed in the first place.

But dammit, they had a chance to put the Mavs down 0-2. They have to get their heads on straight. Too many careless turnovers and fouls.

it would be absurd to suspend him, but nothing surprises me with Stern anymore.

Davis should never have forced the issue. It's the playoffs and he already had one T.

And just because Duncan's b****ery was vindicated with Stern's hammer doesn't mean it's still a sore issue with the other refs.

Baron forced the loss on his team by not keeping cool.

It is still a ridiculous call. I'll understand if he was yapping and spouting obscenities left and right but this is like going into Rasheed Wallace territory in terms of how you get a tech.

Baron might have been right over one call, but he left his teammates high and dry.

He could've played on and let his team protest to the league later.

Oh I agree. That one 9-2 run they had in the 4th that got the lead down to 8 would have been the time for Baron to help them get back into the game. He should have known better considering he's been to the playoffs before but I guess Dallas is just a frustrating place to play.

regardless of whether davis should have been ejected or not, he could have very easily avoided the situation on his own. it's the playoffs, you gotta keep yourself in the game. warriors blew their own chance to be up 2-0.

they'll probably piss their pants.. but no worries,

the refs will be right there to clean up any potential messes.

They won't gonna win it anyway, it's pretty damn obvious the ref was srewing the warrior. Warrior shot only 4 FT in the 3rd while Mavs shot 16 FT.

If he gets suspended for this, then the league has really become soft.
