    Maybe the fireworks are the IRS has put a hold on any transactions until back taxes on the Rockets are paid.

    You've made this same type of statement twice , its factually incorrect.

    Les bought that team already assembled. Charlie Thomas & Steve Patterson laid the groundwork for those championships.


    The year before the first championship they won 55 games , 2nd in the NBA behind Phx with practically the same starting 5.


    Les may have owned the team …. but he didn't "deliver" a damn thing. He just bought it.

    It's been happening the entire time. All of these people are idiots that have been saying that all Morey is going to do this offseason is sign our own free agents. If that was the plan, they would have already signed and Morey would be swilling whiskey and banging whores on Burt Steele's yacht. He is working, people! Why is this so hard to understand? If we go back into this season with the team we have now, it's ok. Signing Javale McGee or JaMychal Green was never going to significantly improve this team.

    The longer this takes, the more I think there might be a Harden-esque deal on the horizon. If it doesn't happen, so be it. But I would rather keep that possibility alive over the instant-gratification of signing Jared Dudley just so Tilman can show you all he's not cheap. These moves everyone is clamoring for will only hurt the team. Be patient. Please!
