Use a football instead of a basketball and seats will be 100% filled at tip.

    this is so ****ing embarrassing.

On the verge of the WCF and this...? Tillman needs to pull out all the stops. This is NO HCA advantage right here.

Look I love the Texans, but its pretty sad that this city would rather jerk its self off to a football team that has been trash for the vast majority of its history while completley ignoring a basketball team that had the best record in the league and a good shot at a title. Smh. Even regular season Astros games are comparable to this playoff "atmosphere''

Are the games sell outs? What is there to do if the tickets are bought, just not utilized while purchaser hob nobs on the concourse most of the night?

Guess fans got used to the 8:30 tip-offs.

The more dominant this team is, the less the fans really care.

Houston has always been more of a baseball and football town.

Even the 90’s Rockets fans sucked. Had to be called out by Maxwell for not selling out the Mother’s Day 2nd round playoff game. That actually lit a fire under some of the locals enough to where they turned up en mass to sell out game 2... only to see choke city born.

That event must have caused more of a positive effect that created a true connection, and then they came back from 2-0 and the city was hooked.

A similar effect happens for the 2015 Rockets coming back from 3-1.

Like I said... they’re too dominant for this city to all of a sudden care or become passionate about nba basketball.

This might be the only realistic option.

    IF THE ROCKETS WIN!

The seats will be full only because they will want to watch GSW. Fans don't seem to think Harden is a big enough draw to come see him early.
