    any all-star players, please!!

    I'd rather see an average athletic all-star player trying to do fancy dunks against other all-stars than another johnny-12th man competition.

    Worst part of it all is that the one bona-fide star player they had in the thing last year (Francis) probably got turned off by getting screwed out of a chance at a REAL third dunk. They should figure out that instead of making the contest more complicated, they should get some real players to compete.

    I like Kenny Smith's idea of large cash prizes. give some more incentives and get the big boys in it, and the ratings will go up!!

    Vince Carter, Kobe, Francis, McGrady, Baron Davis, etc.


    PS--I know I just went on a "star" players rant, but pleeeaze put Darvin Ham in the contest!!!:)

    what!!! no way. Vince would beat J rich. If the get rid of that damn wheel then they could free stlye it. What till the next real mj come out, and thats james white. That guy will put them both down in their places.

    Are they stupid or something, we already know the are awsome players. That just a bull **** excuse no to enter it cause they don't want to be beaten by each other.

    personally i think vince will never do another dunk contest. he is scared he can't out do himself at the last one he did and probably ran out of material.

    gerald wallace, donnell harvey, deshawn stevenson, amare stoudemire ( mcdonalds hs all american game dunk contest showcase was SICK ), jason richardson, and in a surprise guest appearance... that legend, ronald curry... what a ****ing dominator... i wanna see him vs james white...
