Context? I can't remember the source, but I've heard that Euro League stats (and to a slightly lesser extent Spanish, and Greek Leagues) can be translated well. Granted, this is very limited amount of players internationally that get a solid sample size. I've only heard it is hard to translate guys internationally that play in lesser leagues like Capela.

Unless the trades aren't effected by the cuts. It's possible that there is a trade coming and that will determine the last cut. If we get a PG without losing a PG, then Ish gets cut, if not then Garcia gets cut.
