    I'd rather keep Cook. Machado other than some nice fancy passes/assists, he doesn't offer anything else.

    Keep Machado. Lose Cook. Need more backup PGs while Lin is fluctuating.

    Cook. We need a backup SG more than we need a backup PG. We already have Livingston and Douglas, and Harden can play PG in a pinch. Besides Delfino, we have no backup SGs after trading away Lamb and Martin.

    The Rockets trimmed roster to 15 by waiving Shaun Livingston, in addition to yesterday's decisions -- Hayward, Forbes, Brockman and Johnson.

    Can't say I'm shocked. Liked Livingston, but non-guaranteed...

    And Hayward was pretty much a given.
