The simple fact is that blacks, especially males, are both far more likely to commit crime and to be victims of crime than non-blacks. That is not myth. That is incontrovertible truth. Ignoring this inconvenient truth does not make it go away. It is a huge social problem.
But on a much lower per capita basis than blacks. Blacks commit about half of all murders annually while making up nowhere half of the population.
Serial killers are responsible for a low percentage of all murders. Typically, both the murderer and the victim are the same race, and in a pretty high percentage of cases, the victim knew the killer. The serial killer preying on random (or semi-random) victims is an atypical scenario,
The majority of serial killers are white, socially awkward, and strangely enough...they usually have very high IQ's.
People make much ado about nothing when it comes to race. You can pull statistics all day about how certain races commit more crimes than other races on a percentage basis. They are accurate. You also have those who pull the race card at every possible opportunity, regardless if there is substantial evidence that race had nothing to do with the crime. I think you'll find that crimes are closer associated with poverty levels than race. Its sad that both sides choose to focus on race than poverty levels.

What about the war on drugs.. the justice system is so racist.. its laughable Whenever a white person is charged a serious crime. The judge or white judge will look at that white defendant charged with armed robery.. and he will invision his kid, or he will say something to the effect of," you are not a troublemaker.." you just got involved in the wrong crowd". So im gonna give you 600 hours community service, and 3 years probation A Black kid charged with the same crime will have the judge give him 3 years in prison, and not only that, but he will have a felony on his record. The judge will say something to the effect of.. " Even though you have never been in trouble with the law, i can tell it was just a matter of time.. before you ended up here. " So im gonna stop before you stop yourself". Im gonna give you 3 years in the state pentitary, and 7 years probation once you get out. In the event you mess up during that 7 year probation period. You will then be required to serve out the remaining 7 years in prison And for those saying im lying.. haha get real. I have seen these things with my own eyes Lets not even get to the war on drugs, and now police officers are arrested black men and charging them with crimes they didnt commit. The only way we find out about those cases, is if the cop stupidly records himself
Latinos are actually starting to get a bad rap here in America for rapes and sexual assualts now. I think as of 2010, they lead the country in yearly rapes. 2nd is whites, and 3rd are blacks My how times have changed
If you have any stats to back this up I would love to hear it. Make sure they are adjusted for income.
Not sure on your stats but if true it wouldn't be surprising considering we are getting the poorest that are willing to break the law to come here. Also due to proximity they might feel if they get in any real trouble they can flee.
