Which playoff team do you think the Rockets would match up best with?

I look at this as which team could the Rockets beat three times, and be gifted a game by the other team playing stupid basketball.

Thunder, Spurs, and Lakers don't fit with that. Maybe only the Clippers do.

Right now i'm more concerned about making the playoffs since it's gonna be a tight race from here on out. Not having two of our best scorers out the during that stretch doesn't help either.

They'll all beat us. We're not very good.

this. Rockets as currently constructed even with Lowry and Martin cannot win a 7 game series. And Rox wont have those two guys at 100% in the playoffs so it makes the case even weaker. HOU has 2nd worst record against teams with a winning record. Signs that this team is a 1 and done

If we get there, I could like the Spurs, Clippers, or LA. I don't want the Mavs, Terry will have a field day. The Thunder will kill us, one game a series does not make. Denver might be good. Honestly, I don't think we will make the playoffs, but I took a stab at it anyway.

    Spurs or Clippers

Want to stay away from strong rebounding teams and dominating frontcourt players.

If we have a shot, it would come from containing a star PG.

Today is another huge game for the rockets. We need to take care of business, then hope for a loss by the jazz, the nuggets, and the grizz

LAC, OKC and SA are 1, 2, 3.

You don't want to **** with any team with in-their-prime bigs. (MEM, LAL...)

I think a playoff team can be vulnerable for being old and having a younger team overwhelm them with physical talent. Or, by being young and having a more veteran team take advantage of their inexperience. Since we're a young and inexperienced team, I don't think we'll have much of a chance against other young but more experienced teams like OKC or LAC. So, I'd take a chance on one of the old-timer teams -- Spurs, Mavs or Lakers. But, really, they'll kill us too.
