As there have been a lot of changes in the Houston organization, we won't get to hear three of the Rockets commentators for a while. For better or for worse, they were figures in the HOU basketball community as we listened to them for years, or in some cases, decades. With that being said, nobody is perfect. Each one of these commentators had a few repetitive lines or quotes they used on a regular basis. "Hey bud! Let's party!" being one of them LOL. But IMO, each one of these guys had a unique phrase they kept using for years on end no matter how many times they repeated it. Which will you miss the most?
Some great lines from Bull from recent seasons as he tried out for the Rockets stats department that didn't make the list : "Hey Bill, not only that, but 4 out of 5 dentists surveyed recommend sugarless gum for patients who chew gum!" "Did you know.... 99% of the time it's not the other 1%? I was shocked!" "Yeah, not only that, but a little known fact : 30% of every 10 shots are 3 of the shots". "What a dunk! Here's a random stat for you ... 2."
