    This Antarctic weather in Houston recently has made me want to soak up the warm sun and beautiful waters within the USA during the summer. Should I go to Florida? California? Where can I get a great deal? Is Texas the place to go to save money?

    I was in Belize for a day (cruise) in December. We went interior into the country to see some Mayan ruins. It was nice. 95 and 80 percent humidity. Part of me wishes we had done some snorkeling though.
