Langhi was not an nba 3 point shooter and he had a release as slow as molasses

If Troy can be like Anthony Marrow 2.0, then I'll be happy. I think he has already proven the ability to shoot the ball, now if he can play some average defense then he will play.

also...even if he isnt shooting...as a rookie...when you put him in already other teams HAVE to adjust for him...I would imagine them saying "you cannot leave this guy" ..
so already he is demanding some sort of defensive attention...which will bode well for the other players

This is Clutchfans, where sample size matters not.

guys, let's just hope he can get hot if and when McHale puts him in the game.

for a 4 out, 1 in offense, our 3pt shooting has been unreliable. any help we can get is a big boost.

THE most intelligent statement in this thread...a shooter can easily transition, no matter what level.the only issue would be can he get his shots off and if not it's ok because that would just spread the floor for pnr and other offensive sets.

My point exactly. Shooters don't always transition so easily.

D-league or not, that is still impressive. I definitely think that he has earned a roster spot....

...I just think it will be next season. It is too close to the playoffs to be incorporating him now IMO

To be honest, if we had to rely on Troy Daniels in the playoff, oh boy ... For this reason, I am not too high on Michale. So far he has been riding on Harden and Howard. We need more cohesive plays on both ends.

Awesome. If he makes the roster next year, he can be in the three point contest.

dennis scott, tracy murray...they could do that in their sleep in the d-league. I won't even mention real players like Durant or Bird.

15/29 in the NBA so far. As a long-range shooter there are very few better that are in the NBA. Shooting is shooting and he's elite at it.

Troy Daniels is the Steve Novak that Linsanity was looking for all season.
