    Its time to get real coach. Real leaders. The way this team is design is aweful. Thank about one of the biggest cities in us, and this team cant even be built right.

    You can't fire the owner, even if you don't like him.
    I believe Les wants to win, but he is stuck with the hard cap. He may have to move Bickerstaff if things don't improve by the February deadline IMO.

    Over the last 10 years, the texans and Astros have won 45% of their games. The rockets have won 58%.

    Spurs over the last 20 years might be the best run organization in sports. You can't just snap your fingers and get that.

    Of course you can. Look at the Warriors. Cellar dwellers for 20 years, and then a change in ownership, front office staffing, coaching, culture, and within several years you get a championship.

    It can be that easy.

    Who wants to be like the Spurs? I've seen WNBA games that were more exciting to watch than the Spurs.

    I'm so tired of this build an organization like the spurs crap. You mean when will we find the best coach in the league to go with the best gm in the league TO GO WITH STARS THAT WILL TAKE PAYCUTS. NEVER... that's when. The spurs model is not realistic for 99% of the league...
