Their ego and lack of accountability is why they won't win a championship. One of the 48 laws of power is don't outshine your master. The other GM's in the league aren't Morey's "masters" but he has to deal with them, and they have to agree to a trade. Morey is great, everyone knows it, but he goes out of his way to make sure they know. Correct me if I'm wrong, but he's on social media the most out of all GM's. It's always better to fly under the radar. Nobody's going to want to FINALIZE a trade with him if they feel somehow they might be getting the worse end of a deal. No agent is going to want their players to play here if they feel Morey will somehow find a loophole so he can save money on a deal. If this is the way it's going to be then he should stay off social media, radio stations and away from the cameras/reporters. D'Antoni, in all his years of coaching, has never held himself accountable. If Chris Paul can't convince Harden he needs to switch it up and play differently, who can? Morey treats his players as assets, not human beings, D'Antoni is not a good coach in the playoff runs, and he is a bad luck man in the playoff history. I would not surprised that the team chemistry would be a big issue this new season. CP3 soul is damaged badly during this trade process although everyone knows he is no longer good anymore, but ESPN or TNT just loves him than Harden, and some people still think he is top 5 PG.
