Faint memory, but pretty sure I was on the foot of my parent's king sized bed with brown striped sheets. I might have to get some of those sheets soon. I imagine they hide all kinds of old man accidents from guests.
I'm not old, but I've been anti-social media before it was cool, way back in 2007. I don't think there is another person born in the 90's or later that feels that way. Sigh.
Lol I do believe you may be the only one. Born in the mid 80s and I'm addicted to it like a crack head.
A ton of the 90s gen quit Facebook or barely uses it anymore, as it's mostly filled with junk nowadays.
Thanks man . I've done about everything including a chiro. :\. Latest I'm trying is CBD oil now in addition to having a TENS unit, neck traction unit and stretching. Already had surgery and got a disc replaced back in 2017.
A while back I was standing in line behind this teenage kid who had a Nirvana shirt on. I was like, ah, cool dude, you like Nirvana? He’s all, nah, it’s my dad’s shirt.
Breh. Nah, but got in a few 'minor' car accidents (**** I mean, they weren't bad... lol) back in 08 and 10. Then father time did the rest I guess.
sorry to hear that. i think whiplash can be bad too. some illegal immigrant did a hit/run on a couple of my family members pretty bad in the 2000s, messed em up good. fine now, but i can see how it could have a more lasting effect on some people. on the brightside, seems like swimming is still good for you
True. Anti social media is not necessary anti tech. In the techsphere; there's loads of folks who either avoid social media or use in moderation.
So annoying when you switch platforms and the idiots that made you switch realize they’re being ignored, then follow you to a new platform so they can continue to regurgitate their ill informed **** to an audience that’s generally disgusted by them. Makes them feel important and they never have to question why society has marginalized them.
4 yrs ago, When I bent over to sort out laundry and ended up on painkillers from severe back spasms for 2 weeks.. I haven't said a bad thing about TMac since..
Has anything helped more lately? My neck over the last few years has been a mess. Injections help but only last a few months, and PT didn't do much, basically small herniation and other issues c4-c6. On your back surgery did that at least help longer term? I'm getting close to throwing in the towel and doing surgery but am really trying to see if any combo of pt/tens/cbd more core exercises etc - low back hurts sometimes too - but not like my neck will help. I also think car accidents when I was young/posture etc caught up to me just like you mentioned, if I knew then what I know now... But yeah towards end of day left arm really feels it, and left trap is like constantly tight. I think the only time it feels right is injection/traction/inversion table.
Man you're absolutely right. Until you've felt true nerve pain/muscle spasms in your back that's the only way to know what someone might be going through with a back issue. You can always tell the people that have had it vs the lucky ones that haven't felt that type of pain yet.
