I better get carded when I'm 40...right now people think i'm in my mid-teens, and with my luck when I turn 30 people will think I'm older than I actually am.

    Sometimes, you just can't win.

Glad I'm not the only one.

I get carded going to R rated movies still. I'm 29.

Only places I don't get carded are where the bartenders know me.

Got carded the other day at Grapevine Market and I am 48, and a regular shopper.

I think she did it just to make me feel better. I told her she made my day.

do you live in Grapevine? or is that a store in Houston. I'm 34, and still get carded every once in a while. The day I turned 21, I went to the store to buy a sixpack, and....they didn't card me. I was pissed. Bought alcohol for the first time at the age of 14 in Denver-Harbor..they sold to everyone.

I have been carded for a movie once and that was 1986 when I was 16.

In 1997 I was 27 at a grocery store buying beer and cigs. The girl rang up the beer then carded me for the cigs. That was a weird one.

a couple of weeks ago (24)...

    i'm 25 now, haven't been carded yet.

similar story to those that purchased it on their 21st birthday. i bought some from a gas station, wasn't carded. similar to others also, i think it depends on if i shaved that day or not.

I was carded buying Halo 3 at Gamestop. I'm 37.

He said something like "can I see some ID? it's not like i don't think you're old enough but we require ID". I'm not sure if he was asking me for my ID since I was paying by debit card or he was making sure I was old enough to buy the game. I got a laugh out of it, though. I was about to ask him if he had seen my hair anywhere cause I think I lost a few more strands just walking in the door.

Took the wife out for her birthday near the end of July and we both got carded - I'm 34 and she's 30. However, she looks a helluva lot younger than me, let me tell you. :)
