Umm.. 9 hours is the max for me. But I normally get to work extra early because I get paranoid about arriving late, so a little bit above 9.

I used to work in remodeling, sheetrock and carpeting mainly.

20 hours is the longest continuous work I've done.

But twice we had jobs out of town, down in McAllen. We crashed at the job site instead of getting a hotel. Spent 3 days on a job once, stopping only to eat ,sleep and the occasional break.

I work from home, so, like 24-hours+ easily. There are the uncommon days where I field calls and emails 3-4 hours past my 12-hour schedule.

    Not Enough. :)

I've always been on salary in those situations... so every extra hour I worked diluted my hourly rate. #fail

Used to work 12 hour days back in the 90's. Now, I haven't worked more than 40 hours a week (my full-time gig) for about 5 years.

Life is too short to spend half of it at work. No matter how important you think you are, you are totally replaceable at work...but totally irreplaceable at home.

16 hours. But at least half of it would be spent watching Netflix.
