Drive-throughs are supposed to be fast and convenient. Whataburger... is not. They just need to simplify their menu to the special burgers, taquitos, and chicken fingers, and call it a day.
That's why I just go inside and order at the counter to-go anyway, it's way faster, plus this... Also the Whataburger app for curbside pickup is pretty efficient too.
Get the Whataburger app. I may get Whataburger once a month. I order on the app just as I'm leaving the house and it's ready when I get there. Plus get occasional free food.
I like their app. They do give out a decent amount of "offers" for some free food. Sometimes you have to buy fries and a drink, but seems better than paying the full $10 for a meal somewhere.
At the end of the day, this is still the best fast food burger. Really not anything close in my view. I spend way more going to Five Guys and Becks, but neither are really fast food to me despite the drive thru line at Beck’s.
I really like one small bag of candy corn once a year. But if it's 2 small bags, or one big bag, or if someone offers me my annual small bag "out of season" then it's a no-go.
about 45 days ago…ultimately this is all subjective, but I don’t think Wendy’s is even in the ballpark of Whataburger.
I have no idea why they don't fix them. It would be so simple. Also, apparently 11:20 AM while it's raining is a great time to hit up the Whataburger drive thru. Got my patty melt, I know yall were worried.
I had Wendy's yesterday. It wasn't bad. It wasn't Whataburger either. But I like that the major chains taste slightly different but are internally consistent. And whomever said 5 guys costs too much, last time I went a burger, fries, and drink was almost $25!! I thought hamburgers were supposed to be affordable!!
Second time since May Whataburger is giving me a free Patty Melt meal through the app just because I haven't ordered through the app in over a month. @Buck Turgidson
