at least Daryl Morey is smarter than most of the posters on Clutchfans , its good to know he's the Rockets GM and not some of the posters on clutchfans that are blaming Jeremy for everything and lack common basketball knowledge

he's not in the same role he was last year, so it's unfair to expect him to put up the same numbers.

Toney Douglas would have been our starting PG.

I think his slow start this season cost the Rockets at least 2-3 games giving us the Nuggets in the first round.

As for the series, I think we take the Thunder to 7 games. He got us 2 steals in the blowout game 1 and zero after that. If he got us one steal and a transition bucket in games 2 or 3 that could be the difference in winning the series.

The only games we won were the ones he didn't step on the court. These are the facts.

13/3/6 is somewhat replaceable. I'm sure Morey would have found a serviceable PG to get us into the playoffs.

You're right, tonight dumbass is my favorite word for people who try to run down Lin tonight.

We had a great season and he played better than and other pg we have, what a bunch of dumbasses.

Westbrook would still be playing and Karl Malone's former team would have just lost.

What is it with all these people that are critical of Lin being told that they have no basketball knowledge? Lin can fill up a stat sheet when he's "on", but the guy is wildly inconsistent at this point in his career. Much in the same way that there are guys in the league who don't put up big numbers but are praised for all the things they do that don't show up on a stat sheet, Lin is a guy that can put up numbers but doesn't do all those little things that DON'T show up on a stat sheet. Simply put, he doesn't pass the eyeball test. Watch the flow of the game when Lin is in the game as opposed to when he's not in the game. The offense has no rhythm and tends to get bogged down when Lin is on the floor. You can't have a turnover machine running the point in the NBA, it's a total momentum killer and leads to other teams going on big runs. I hope Lin is able to reach his potential. His potential will never match his hype. At this point of his career, he's pretty much the Tim Tebow of the NBA.

you can't have it one way. what about all those blowouts, he was a huge part of running that offense and scoring 16+ points in 3 qtrs before taking the fourth over.
Games against utah, dallas, 3 against Golden state, second game v chi, v brooklyn, newyork and more You lose all those with the backup. You people just focus on your personal vendettas and leave out his solid season in a new role and sharing the play making role.

If we didn't sign Lin, we can't even go into playoff. When Harden was out for injury, Lin step up and win games.

Lin has talent and is a team player and really a good guy. The only thing that would happened had we not sign Lin is the debate between LOF and Lin haters...
