What needs to happen for this team to make the finals?

    we need to upgrade the 4. If one of our power fowards steps up we will be golden. Just not sure if they are giing to keep asik I feel he is kind of redundant with howard unless one of th em steps up their offensive game. If howard could play the 4bthat would be great. I think asik has more defensive presence
